6.1 Types of Tracking Technologies
We use the following tracking technologies on the Website:
- First-Party Cookies: Set by UIC directly. Used for session management, user authentication, preference storage, and Website functionality.
- Third-Party Cookies: Set by our advertising and analytics partners. Used for interest-based advertising, cross-site tracking, and analytics.
- Web Beacons / Pixel Tags: Small electronic images embedded in web pages and emails that allow us and third parties to track page visits, email opens, and advertisement interactions.

6.3 Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how you use the Website, including pages visited, time spent, referral sources, and demographic information. This information is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. 6.5 Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") browser signal as a valid opt-out request for the sale and sharing of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other applicable state privacy laws. If your browser or browser extension transmits a GPC signal when you visit our Website, we will treat it as a request to opt you out of the sale and sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, effective for that browser and device. This does not affect our ability to use personal information for non-advertising purposes permitted by applicable law.
In compliance with California's Opt Me Out Act (AB 566, effective January 1, 2027), we are actively preparing our systems to support GPC signals across all browser environments in advance of that compliance deadline.

7.3 Residents of Other States
Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Montana, Oregon, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nebraska, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may also have rights similar to those described above, including rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of certain data processing activities. To the extent any such information appears incidentally in User Content or communications, it is used solely for the purpose for which it was submitted and is not used for advertising or profiling.

IMPORTANT: Even if you opt out of marketing communications, you may still receive: (a) transactional messages related to a specific inquiry or Consumer Request you have submitted; (b) administrative notices regarding your account; and (c) legally required communications. Opting out of UIC communications does not automatically opt you out of communications from Participating Dealers, Product and Service Providers, or other third parties who have independently received your information. You must contact those parties directly to opt out of their communications.
IMPORTANT — RE-CONSENT UPON RESUBMISSION: If you opt out and subsequently submit a new Consumer Request through the Website, you will be deemed to have reinstated your consent to receive communications related to that new request, unless you affirmatively opt out again following the new submission.
9. CALIFORNIA SHINE THE LIGHT
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light" law), California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the prior calendar year. To make such a request, please contact us at:

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY — COPPA COMPLIANCE
The Website is intended solely for use by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Website is not directed to, and UIC does not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of thirteen (13) as defined by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), 15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq., or children under the age of sixteen (16) for purposes of the California Consumer Privacy Act.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen (13), we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records. Parents or legal guardians who believe their child under thirteen (13) has provided us with personal information may contact us at admin@bidonmytrade.com to request deletion.
UIC also complies with the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (SB 262, effective July 1, 2024) with respect to restrictions on the processing of personal information of minors under the age of eighteen (18) in connection with social media platform features.
11. DATA SECURITY
UIC implements and maintains commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include, but are not limited to: encryption of data in transit via Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology; access controls and authentication measures; regular security assessments; and employee training on data privacy and security practices.
HOWEVER, NO METHOD OF TRANSMISSION OVER THE INTERNET OR METHOD OF ELECTRONIC STORAGE IS COMPLETELY SECURE. UIC CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ABSOLUTE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. IN THE EVENT OF A DATA BREACH THAT TRIGGERS NOTIFICATION OBLIGATIONS UNDER APPLICABLE STATE LAW, UIC WILL NOTIFY AFFECTED INDIVIDUALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SUCH LAW.
If you have reason to believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately at admin@bidonmytrade.com.
12. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL
Do Not Track ("DNT") is a browser setting that some users enable to signal their preference to not be tracked across websites. At this time, there is no universally adopted technical standard for DNT signals, and UIC does not currently alter its data collection or use practices in response to generic DNT signals.
However, as stated in Section 6.5 of this Policy, UIC does recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a legally valid opt-out request under CCPA/CPRA and other applicable state privacy laws. If you use a browser or extension that transmits a GPC signal, UIC will honor that signal as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.

- No Sharing for Independent Marketing: Your mobile telephone number, opt-in status, and SMS message history will not be sold to or shared with unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. This does not restrict UIC's ability to share your information with direct affiliates or as otherwise described in this Policy.
UIC's SMS communications are governed by and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, applicable FCC regulations, and the guidelines of the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA).

The Website may contain links to third-party websites and social media platforms (such as Meta/Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn). UIC is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party website or platform. This Policy does not apply to information you provide to or that is collected by third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of all third parties before providing them with your personal information.
If you interact with UIC through a social media platform — including liking, sharing, commenting, or logging in via a social media account — that platform's terms of service and privacy policy govern their collection and use of your data. UIC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for such third-party data practices.

UIC reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice, which may include posting a prominent notice on the Website or sending an email notification to registered users.
Your continued use of the Website after any update to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we collect, use, and protect your information.
